3. INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIAD OF ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHYSICS

During this year's 6th International Olympiad of Astronomy and Astrophysics, the Greek team performed very well. All the team members won awards, and three of them won medals (one silver and two bronze). The team's success this year received widespread coverage in the Greek media, and we would like to congratulate the Volo's "Society of Astronomy and Space" which is responsible for the team's selection, and preparation for the participation to the competition each year.
