Title: New pulsars found during the ScSI/NAIC drift scan search

ABSTRACT
During the Arecibo upgrade a 430MHz-driftscan search was conducted in 8 declination strips one degree wide. So far 8 new pulsars have been discovered, among them there is one 25msec pulsar. We have followed up timing observations inorder to characterize their astrometric and timing properties. Our results are presented here with emphasis given on the new binary 25msec pulsar.
