ABSTRACT
We present the engineering concepts and final diagrams of the 2.3m  ARISTARCHOS telescope including some engineering tests. In particular,  details on the Altazimuth mount, the 2.3m Tube with optics and AGU, the  Control  system and the 8m Enclosure will be presented. Shipment of  telescope to NOA is scheduled for December 2001.
