Conference Registration

Welcome to the participant registration web page for the 16th Hellenic Astronomical Conference!

The conference registration is now closed.

If you still wish to participate in the conference please contact the Secretary of Hel.A.S. at secretary@helas.gr.

The conference registration fees are accepted online using a credit card by Friday June 9, 2023.
The registration fee has been se to:

  • Junior Member: 30 Euros
  • Ordinary/Associate Member: 60 Euros
  • Non Members: 90 Euros
  • Students (undergraduate, MSc or PhD) whose conference contribution has been accepted for a poster or an oral presentation, will pay a 30 Euro registration fee, even if they are not members of the Society.

Please note that unless your payment is received ontime, we will not be able to guarantee that your contribution will be included in the final program.
