Biography:
Zoi – Tzogia Spetsieri obtained her degree in Physics from the University of Patras in 2013. She completed her masters degree in Theoretical Computational Physics and Astrophysics from the University of Patras in 2015. The subject of her master thesis was the photometric analysis and modelling of magnetically active eclipsing binaries. Among her research interests are variable stars, as well as other sources that exhibit variability. From 2015-2019, she worked on her PhD at IAASARS, as part of the ESA project Hubble Catalogue of Variables.
