Conference Proceedings
We do not intend to publish a hard copy of the Conference Proceedings. We do plan however to upload all the oral presentations on the conference web site, on the 4th of November, 2013. Please inform us upon registration if you do not wish to have your presentation uploaded.
Regarding the posters that will be presented during the Conference, please download the LaTeX Macros ( in ZIP File), prepare a 2 pages (max) PDF file, and send it to A. Anastasiadis by October the 31st, 2013. We will then upload these on the conference's web pages as well. Please note that we will not be able to accept and upload any files received after this deadline.
Regarding the oral presentations, if you prefer to upload a "paper-like" file instead of the PDF copy of your talk, please use the same Latex macros ( ZIP File) to prepare a 4 page (max) PDF file, for oral contributions, or a 6 pages (max) PDF file for invited talks. Please send the PDF file to A. Anastasiadis by October the 31st, 2013.
Finally, we also plan to link the abstracts of both the oral and poster presentations to the ADS database.
