The 13th Hel.A.S. conference will take place at the Cultural and Conference center (Πολιτιστικό Συνεδριακό Κέντρο) in Heraklion (Crete), in the Peiramatikó théatro room and Mikró théatro room. The Center is conveniently located near the downtown area of Heraklion, next to the Kommeno Bentemi (Κομμένο Μπεντένι) gate of the Venetians Walls. Coordinates: 35°20'0" N 25°7'43" E

We encourage members of the society that will be attending the conference to register as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that hotel availability may be extremely low in Heraklion in July, so it is important to arrange for accommodation well in advance. The conference venue is the Cultural and Conference Center of the Municipality of Heraklion, which is conveniently located near the downtown area of Heraklion, next to the Kommeno Benteni gate of the Venetians Walls. The venue is easily accessible on foot from the center of the city, and, as long as accommodation is booked early, participants have a large variety of convenient hotels to choose from (an indicative list would include hotels Kastro, Atrion, Lato, Iraklion, Irini, Marina, Castello, Capsis Astoria, El Greco, Megaron, Olympic). Early booking using online booking tools allows for a variety of hotel options, good deals on hotel prices, and the possibility of cancellation without charges if need be.
