Cancelation policy:

For cancellations occurring within 30 days of the day of payment there is no cancellation fee, other than the amount withheld by the Bank of Piraeus. Please contact the Treasurer of the Society (treasurer@helas.gr) for more information.

HelAS only collects the information you provided in order to identify your payment with the record held by the Bank of Piraeus once your payment is processed and confirmed. No additional information from third parties is collected. No analytics data, or third-party analytics tools and services are used or collected. No cookies or location data are stored in our server apart from your IP address, which is stored for security purposes only. The data you provided are not shared with anyone outside the office of the Treasurer of HelAS.
