The next issue of Hipparchos will be published by early September, in
order to be on-time for the Samos's meeting. Please consider submitting
any news, articles etc. you have on time. For more information

The next meeting of the European Astronomical Society (JENAM-99) will
take place in Toulouse, France in September. The deadline for abstract
